Position Title: Shift Supervisor About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure safety of all plant personnel, vendors, contractors, and visitors; manage safety and environmental processes to ensure compliance.
• Manage and assist operators with plant equipment and processes to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
• Oversee and assist with equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage shift schedules and coordinate manpower coverage with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors.
• Train new employees on safety, environmental policies, operational processes, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

Conditions of Employment:

Work Environment: Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
