该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责对接片区团体超权限业务审批、方案制定、报价和核保规则制定； 2.负责协同对接片区完成新产品方案设计及定价； 3.负责团核业务流程梳理、团核规则完善、单证设计； 4.负责回溯和监控团体业务品质情况和趋势。 任职资格： 1.数学、统计学、精算或保险学专业背景优先； 2.两核经验3年及以上，团险核保报价经验不低于2年且具备大项目报价经验，具备独立设计团体套餐产品的能力； 3.对团险行业和核保有较深的认知； 4.业务熟练、具备团队协作能力，能独立处理复杂核保问题，推动核保规则与流程优化； 5. 主观能动性强，能独立胜任项目类工作，合理化任务拆解、跨部门协作流畅、多任务管理熟练；
