About the role

Responsible for building services design, tender preparation, and project administration. Conduct site inspections and attend meetings for building development and/or mission-critical projects. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration.

About you

• Degree holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• BIM project experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Pro-active, a good team player, with a high sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Results-oriented and focused on delivering excellent service to clients
