What they need
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและความพร้อมของพื้นที่โครงการ
- จัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และของใช้ต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับหน้างาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับร้านค้าและผู้จำหน่ายเพื่อจัดซื้อสินค้าและติดตามการส่งของ
- ตรวจสอบรายการและจำนวนสิ่งของก่อนนำส่งหรือใช้งานที่หน้างาน
- จัดทำเอกสารใบขอซื้อ ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบรับของ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกร ผู้รับเหมา และพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในโครงการ
- ดูแลและติดตามวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ภายในโครงการให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน
- จัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ของโครงการให้เป็นระบบ
- ช่วยประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาทั่วไปที่เกิดขึ้นภายในหน้างาน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
