- บริหารจัดการกำลังคนงานแต่ละหน้างาน 2. ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและมีประสิทธิภาพ 3. ดูแลควบคุมผู้รับเหมา ให้ทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพและมีคุณภาพ 4. ประสานและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆให้การทำงานได้ราบรื่นและเรียบร้อย 5. จัดทำเอกสารสรุปงานประจำวัน/ประจำสัปดาห์/ประจำเดือน นำเสนอผู้บริหาร/ผู้จัดการโครงการ 6.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย คุณสมบัติ 1. เพศชาย อายุ 23-35 ปี 2. ปวส. สาขาก่อสร้าง หรือ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. มีทักษะและสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี เช่น Microsoft Office 4. มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมดูแลงานก่อสร้างอาคารอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) 5. มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
