Job Summary

Roam is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, improve team performance, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Supervise, train, and coordinate restaurant staff across departments
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer service standards
• Manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and operational priorities
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and management teams
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, supplies, and stock levels
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and reducing operational waste
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient restaurant facilities
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Operations Manager or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
