• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Process employee attendance, leave records, and other personnel documentation.
• Performs other clerical and administrative duties assigned by management to support daily business operations
