What they need
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience operating mobile cranes.
- Mandatory hands-on experience operating 100 Ton cranes.
- Valid UAE Crane Operator License/Certification, where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of load charts, crane setup, lifting operations, and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to carry out daily/pre-start crane inspections.
- Good understanding of lifting signals and communication with the rigging team.
- Strong commitment to HSE and safe lifting practices.
- Experience working on construction, infrastructure, industrial, or heavy-lifting projects in the UAE is an advantage.
- Good communication and ability to work as part of a professional lifting team.
