Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Teh primary responsibilities include interacting with guests, facilitating the check-in and check-out processes, handling cash transactions, and managing phone inquiries. Customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory. The role requires availability for night shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays, with compensation to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guest in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding guest interactions and confidentiality
