10611 - Machine Builder

Hours: 6 days/wk, 57 hours, 1st shift: 5am-3:30pm. Monday to Friday, Sat 7 - 8 hrs. 5-10's + Sa.

Summary: fabricate / assemble intricate machinery details as required for various automated machines. Will be responsible for working with project build team from general assembly through try-out. Will be required to work closely with mechanical and electrical groups during the assembly process.

• 2-5 years of experience with assembly / fabrication of machines, automation, etc.precision measuring equipment.
• Experience with reading and following instructions from CAD drawings, blueprints, schematics, etc.
• Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, machinist tools, measuring instruments.
• Must be self-directed, motivated and able to multi-task.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable means of transportation, be self-sufficient, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and clean working area, must have own tools, machining ability is a plus (lathe, mill, Bridgeport) – not required.
