Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
• Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation/nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
• Participate in residents' care conferences and contribute to the development of their care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
