Talentra Recruitment Solutions is an employment business seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work on a temporary, ongoing basis in a school in Redruth, providing individual support to a pupil with additional needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional or special educational needs
• Supporting engagement with classroom activities, learning tasks, and communication development
• Working closely with teaching staff to implement individual support plans
• Helping create a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEND experience desirable but not essential — full guidance and support provided)
• A patient, adaptable, and caring approach
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check (including Children's Barred List), if not already held on the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
