• Participate in MLCC new product R&D, including product- and material-related

technology development.

• Analyze product defects, production abnormalities, and technical issues; propose

improvement plans and execute related experiments.

• Consolidate and provide accurate and complete experimental results, analysis

data, and technical reports.

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of newly developed products

meet required standards.

• Participate in new product development and project execution to ensure project

progress and development schedules are met.

• Be responsible for yield analysis and improvement during the initial mass

production stage after AFPP, and optimize the process window.

• Evaluate, introduce, and transfer new processes and new materials into mass

production.

• Qualify and introduce new processes, new materials, and related equipment

(including outsourced equipment).

• Conduct MLCC material R&D, including the development and improvement of

ceramic, electronic ceramic (microwave ceramic), and structural ceramic materials.
