Visiting Angels of SWMO is seeking an exceptional caregiver for rotating 12-hour day shifts who believes, like we do, that great care is about the whole person.

Mental Strength – Encouraging conversation, routines, purpose, and meaningful engagement.

Physical Strength – Supporting safe movement, mobility, and independence.

Emotional Well-being – Providing companionship, encouragement, reassurance, and joy.

Nutritional Guidance – Supporting hydration, meals, and healthy daily routines.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal caregiver:

• Has experience caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease
• Can provide both personal and companion care
• Communicates well and pays attention to verbal and nonverbal cues
• Is patient, dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Respects each client's choices, dignity, and independence
• Has a genuine desire to serve older adults
• Can bring warmth, encouragement, and even a little humor to the home
• Has a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Can successfully complete required criminal background and motor vehicle history screenings
