Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: A further one year, subject to exercise by the Authority.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 2:00pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.
• Service during school terms from January to May and July to November each contract year.
• No service in June or December unless instructed by the school.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

• At least six months of relevant reception or customer service experience in a primary school environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Manage the main reception area and greet visitors, parents and students.

2. Answer and direct calls, take messages and respond to general enquiries from parents and the public.

3. Provide basic first-aid support to students when required.

4. Manage the sick bay, monitor unwell students and contact parents when necessary.

5. Provide administrative support and carry out tasks assigned by the Administration Manager.
