- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & analisa yang baik
- Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang otomotif terutama roda 2
- Mampu beradaptasi & bekerjasama dengan baik
- Wajib memiliki Sim A & C (lancar mengendarai mobil manual)
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas keluar kota
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Melakukan proses analisa jaringan ACS (Autorized Claim Shop) per area DDS
- Melakukan proses pemilihan kandidat jaringan ACS dan ACS STAR yang akan di set up
- Melakukan & memastikan berjalannya management / aktivitas ACS
- Melakukan follow up terhadap hasil Claim ACS di jaringan
- Melakukan analisa terhadap pencapaian claim dan problem baru
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap ACS & ACS STAR
- Melakukan Educate market ACS meningkatkan skill judgement ACS & ACS STAR
- Melakukan penanganan Mass Problem di jaringan ACS sampai ke konsumen
