Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

* Manage the construction site and hold overall operational responsibility throughout the construction and installation phases.

* Coordinate all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) activities on site.

* Obtain and review required work method statements from contractors together with the EHS specialist.

* Ensure implementation of the client's EHS Management System and verify effectiveness through regular site inspections.

* Support procurement activities and ensure construction safety requirements are included in the scope of work.

* Ensure compliance with design specifications and monitor project costs, schedule, and quality.

* Organize final building inspections and coordinate the resolution of identified defects.

* Act as the CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Subject Matter Expert for smaller investment and maintenance projects from design through execution.

* Prepare tender documentation and support bid evaluation, contractor selection, and award processes.

* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CSA standards and documentation.

* Ensure project standards, specifications, and requirements are properly integrated and adhered to during execution.

* Experience working in matrix-based, cross-functional project teams.

* Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* German: C1 level (mandatory)

* English: B1 level or higher (preferred)
