What will you be doing?

As a 180 Consultant, you'll focus on building and managing a network of specialist professionals and supporting the recruitment process from candidate identification through to placement.

You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates
• Building strong, long-term relationships with professionals
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Developing and maintaining your own talent network
• Understanding your market and becoming a specialist in your field
• Working closely with experienced consultants to deliver against live requirements
• Managing your pipeline and keeping your activity organised
• Continuously developing your communication, commercial and recruitment skills
