About the role
Manage the end-to-end candidate side of the recruitment process, including sourcing qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings and interviews, coordinating with hiring managers or account managers, managing candidate communication, preparing candidates for interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

About you
- Good communication skills
- Any related Bachelor's Degree
- At least 9 months to 1 year minimum experience of US Recruitment
- Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) experience
