1st Line Support Technician

I have a opportunity for a 1st Line Support Technician to join a busy IT Support Team at a Portsmouth head office. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues across the business, helping keep the systems they rely on running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to calls, emails, portal tickets and face-to-face requests within agreed SLAs
• Logging, categorising and assigning tickets accurately in the ITSM system
• Providing telephone and remote support to colleagues and vessel crews across all locations
• Monitoring live operational systems, and raising incidents where needed
• Escalating issues to the wider IT team with clear communication
• Supporting the department with admin, including purchasing and invoice processing
