1st shift CNC Lathe / Mill Programmer/Operator

Magna Machining is looking to immediately hire for a 1st shift Operator/Machinist to join our fast paced, high quality team in Richfield, NC. Job offers competitive pay based on Experience, Knowledge and Skill. We offer 1 week paid vacation after 90 days, health insurance (HSA), Roth IRA retirement savings account, monthly bonuses, and OVERTIME!!! We are looking for self starters who don't have attendance issues, who are team oriented and want to work. There is a 90 day probationary period.

Skills needed as MACHINIST are as follows: Must be able to perform setups and program lathes and/or mills, must be proficient with feeds and speed calculation, must be able to work with a variety of materials, must be able to troubleshoot issues and work independently, MUST POSSESS A SENSE OF URGENCY and deliver completed parts according to customer due dates . Any CAM experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
