About the role

This is a full-time restaurant service position based at Jake Café, Sukhumvit 20 (MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asok). The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining service standards in an assigned zone.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy, warmth, and high energy in line with the restaurant's identity
• Recommend menu items and beverages to customers
• Take orders from customers with accuracy and precision, and immediately enter them into the POS system to send to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages, and maintain and care for the service station, including cleanliness of tables, chairs, and tableware in the assigned zone
• Check the correctness, cleanliness, and presentation of dishes and beverages before serving

About you

• Secondary education (Grade 9), vocational certificate (Vocational Certificate or higher), or equivalent work experience in the food and beverage industry
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a restaurant, bar, or hotel service staff member
• Basic English communication skills (to serve international customers and expat groups)
• Good personality, warm smile, excellent communication skills, and genuine passion for service work
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, good memory, quick problem-solving skills, and good physical health
• Able to work shifts including Sundays through Fridays and public holidays as scheduled by the restaurant
• Able to work morning shift (10:00 - 18:00) or afternoon shift (14:00 - 22:00)
