About the role

Responsible for providing payment processing services to customers with accuracy, transparency, and professionalism according to company standards and guidelines to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and maintain the accuracy of store revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Check the readiness of the cashier counter, documents, and equipment before starting a shift
• Provide payment services to customers with courtesy, smiles, and speed
• Verify product items for accuracy and completeness before notifying the payment amount
• Inform the amount received and provide change to customers accurately and transparently
• Accept payments in all forms (cash, credit/debit cards, QR Code) according to specified standards
• Maintain and store sales documents correctly and completely
• Record sales amounts and compile daily sales documents according to company regulations
• Hand over sales revenue to supervisors according to specified procedures correctly
• Maintain the cashier counter area clean, orderly, and ready to serve at all times

About you

• Education level: Upper secondary education (Grade 12) or equivalent and above
• Service-minded, smiling, energetic, and detail-oriented
• Honest and have high sense of responsibility
• Basic calculation skills and accuracy in handling money
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week, Sunday - Friday) including public holidays
• Able to work according to store front hours (morning shift 10:00 - 18:00 / afternoon shift 14:00 - 22:00)
• Good computer system skills
