• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Configure Oracle Cloud modules - HCM to meet business needs.
• Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning to post-go-live support.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Develop functional design documents and test cases.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements (quarterly releases).
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.
