  • Use performance reporting systems and analytics tools, including Power BI, to prepare accurate and timely internal and external reports
  • Process and reconcile quarterly reports, capital account information, and cash flow activity for monitored funds, and provide information used in preparing client reports
  • Manage data requests and reporting deadlines for assigned clients
  • Collaborate with SPAR Client Teams to obtain the information required to complete deliverables and compile final materials in accordance with SPAR’s global reporting template standards
  • Support the execution and oversight of the full lifecycle of periodic reporting processes, ensuring appropriate data practices and methodologies are applied
  • Take ownership of daily and weekly responsibilities related to client requests and cash flow data
  • Complete assigned monthly and quarterly client reports accurately and on time
  • Support the preparation of accurate quarterly and annual fee and carried interest deliverables
  • Remain organized while managing competing priorities and consistently strive to complete work ahead of deadlines
  • Develop a strong understanding of reporting tools, industry best practices, and proprietary reporting systems
  • Support quarterly, annual, and ad hoc projects and client-related requests
  • Assist with developing and maintaining new and enhanced data-related content for client deliverables
  • Perform other duties and support additional projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, or financial reporting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
  • Strong time management, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
  • Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
  • Highly motivated self-starter who adapts quickly to a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new technologies and tools
