该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、主导新产品机械结构从概念方案到详细设计的全流程工作，独立完成3D建模、2D工程图绘制及技术标注；精准完成零部件选型、材料匹配及结构拓扑优化，确保设计方案在满足产品性能指标（如精度、负载、寿命）的同时，兼顾成本控制、批量生产可行性及后期维护便利性。 2、编制产品设计说明书、装配工艺、零部件清单（BOM）、检验标准等相关技术文档，确保文档的准确性、完整性和规范性。 3、参与产品样机的制作、装配及测试工作，跟踪样机试验过程，收集并分析测试数据，针对出现的问题提出结构改进方案，持续优化产品设计。 4、与电气工程师、工艺工程师、生产部门等紧密配合，解决产品研发及生产过程中出现的机械结构相关技术问题，确保研发项目顺利推进。 5、为生产、销售及售后服务提供机械结构方面的技术支持，协助解决产品批量生产及市场反馈的相关问题；参与现有产品的技术改进与升级，提升产品竞争力。 6、严格遵守国家及行业相关设计标准、规范，关注行业新技术、新材料、新工艺的发展，将先进技术合理应用于产品设计中。

7、在设计过程中综合考虑材料成本、加工成本及装配成本，通过优化设计方案实现产品成本的有效控制。

• Full-process Design of Product Mechanical Structure: Lead the full-process work of new product mechanical structure from conceptual scheme to detailed design, independently complete 3D modeling, 2D engineering drawing and technical annotation; accurately complete component selection, material matching and structural topology optimization, ensure the design scheme meets product performance indicators (such as precision, load, service life) while taking into account cost control, mass production feasibility and post-maintenance convenience.
• Technical Document Preparation: Compile relevant technical documents including product design specifications, assembly processes, bill of materials (BOM) and inspection standards, to ensure the accuracy, completeness and standardization of documents.
• Design Verification and Optimization: Participate in the manufacturing, assembly and testing of product prototypes, track the prototype test process, collect and analyze test data, propose structural improvement plans for existing problems, and continuously optimize product design.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Cooperate closely with electrical engineers, process engineers and production departments, solve mechanical structure-related technical issues during product R&D and production, and ensure the smooth progress of R&D projects.
• Technical Support and Improvement: Provide mechanical structure-related technical support for production, sales and after-sales services, assist in solving issues related to mass production and market feedback of products; participate in the technical improvement and upgrading of existing products to enhance product competitiveness.
• Implementation of Standards and Norms: Strictly abide by national and industry-related design standards and norms, pay attention to the development of new technologies, new materials and new processes in the industry, and reasonably apply advanced technologies to product design.
• Cost Control: Comprehensively consider material costs, processing costs and assembly costs during the design process, and effectively control product costs through optimized design schemes. 任职资格 1. 学历与专业，本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、材料成型及控制工程等相关专业。 2. 工作经验，应届生：优秀应届毕业生可投递，有相关设计实习经历或参与过大学生创新项目者优先。 3. 专业技能，SolidWorks（必备）、AutoCAD，熟练使用Pro/E或UG等三维设计软件；能高效完成复杂零部件装配、干涉检查及工程图标准化输出，具备BOM清单精准编制能力。
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Material Forming and Control Engineering or other related majors.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with relevant design internship experience or participation in college students' innovation projects are preferred.
• Proficient in SolidWorks (required) and AutoCAD, and skilled in using 3D design software such as Pro/E or UG; capable of efficiently completing complex component assembly, interference inspection and standardized output of engineering drawings, and having the ability to accurately compile BOM lists.
