该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、参与企业管理体系建设工作，包括建设标准化体系、督查执行与改进等； 2、参与制度与流程管理工作，制订、完善各项制度流程并跟进监督执行情况； 3、参与绩效管理工作，制订、优化绩效管理，组织各部门开展绩效考核； 4、协助编制公司战略规划、年度经营计划，对实施情况进行跟踪分析并组织评价、修订 5、完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，企业管理、工商管理、工业工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、具备良好的执行能力，解决问题的能力，思维敏锐，具有良好的人际沟通能力和抗压能力。 工作地点：前期在温州总部培养
