2027 Cincinnati Open Summer Internships- Operations

Join the Cincinnati Open Operations team and gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of one of the largest and most prestigious professional tennis tournaments in the world. As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing operational initiatives that bring the 2027 Cincinnati Open to life. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help facilitate critical tournament operations before and throughout the event while gaining invaluable experience in the sports and event management industry.

Dates: May 27th orJune 2, 2027- August 22, 2027
End date can be extended depending on intern availability

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Operate motor vehicles (training provided).
• Spend long periods of time on your feet
• Attend OSHA training provided by the Cincinnati Open.
• Interest in sports and live events industry
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to run the absolute best tournament possible
• You must be able to work at least through Sunday, August 22nd to be considered for any of these internships.

Courts Operations

• • May 27 - August 22 Dispatch and Operations- - June 2 - August 22 Facilities Operations- - May 27 - August 22

General Hours:
Prior to July 31

• Hours are generally 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday, however hours may vary depending on specific projects needed to be accomplished. (in addition to occasional nights and weekends)

July 31 to August 22

• Hours will vary depending upon the day and responsibilities of the position. Overtime hours should be expected the weeks prior to and are required during the Cincinnati Open (August 10-22, 2027). Overtime hours will be determined by your supervisor.

Compensation: Hourly plus OT
