该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：
- 负责机器人伺服驱动相关算法研发，包括电机控制、电流环/速度环/位置环控制
- 负责伺服系统参数自整定、振动抑制、摩擦补偿等高级控制算法研究
- 参与伺服驱动器产品的算法设计、仿真验证与产品落地
- 跟踪行业前沿技术，解决产品开发中的关键技术问题 任职要求：
- 博士学历，控制科学与工程、电气工程等相关专业
- 熟悉电机控制原理，有伺服驱动、变频器、运动控制相关项目经验优先
- 精通Matlab/Simulink仿真，有C/C++嵌入式开发经验优先
- 具备良好的数学基础和算法研究能力，能够独立攻克技术难题
- 有较强的英文文献阅读能力，学习能力强
