该职位来源于猎聘 1、开展IGBT、SiC MOSFET功率模块结构、电路拓扑方案设计和优化工作； 2、负责模块结构设计的散热、寄生参数、芯片均流和热阻等仿真工作； 3、编写设计文档和相关技术资料，配合研发项目落地。 岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械电子工程/机械设计制造等相关专业； 2、熟练使用办公软件，至少熟悉使用一种仿真工具； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析及解决能力。
