该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.根据需求，完成芯片的DFT设计方案 2.负责SCAN、MBIST、Boundary SCAN、各类IP等DFT功能实现 3.负责DFT的时序约束与debug 4.负责DFT测试Pattern生成、仿真与覆盖率提升 5.负责测试Pattern调试、测试时间优化与良率提升 岗位要求 1.具有完整的SOC DFT测试设计经验，具有SCAN、MBIST、Boundary SCAN、各类hard IP等DFT经验 2. 熟悉DFT Compiler、DFTMax、TetraMax、TestKompress、Tessent MBist等一种或几种DFT工具的使用 3.具有DFT时序优化、测试Pattern生成、测试Pattern调试、测试时间优化、机台调试与良率提升经验
