About the role

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to give you the experience, exposure and development you need to build a successful career.

You'll rotate through key areas of the Freightways business, working alongside experienced teams and contributing to real projects. Along the way, you'll develop a broad understanding of our operations, customers and commercial environment while building your leadership and problem-solving skills.

This isn't a programme where you'll spend two years watching from the sidelines.

You'll be encouraged to get involved, take responsibility, ask questions and make a real impact.
