2027 Stadium Operations Intern

Reports to: Director of Special Events/Operations

Job Description:

• Assist operations team with preparation and tear down for games/events including spraying down concourse, checking supplies, prepping group areas, signs, etc.

• Assist with stadium projects throughout the season (pressure washing, painting, cleaning).

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

• Assist other departments as needed.

• Gain hands on experience managing flow and logistics of live events.

Qualifications:

• Full-time internship runs from February through September.

• Must be available to work all home games and events.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication skills and customer service.

• Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands.

• Able to perform physical tasks associated with stadium setup and maintenance.

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 8+ hours.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
