What You'll Do

• Assist project teams with daily operations and project coordination
• Participate in site visits, project meetings, and team collaborations
• Support project documentation, scheduling, and reporting efforts
• Gain exposure to budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Learn industry software and construction management tools
• Partner with experienced mentors and department leaders
• Complete a capstone project and present findings to company leadership
• Develop professional skills through networking and career development opportunities

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Safety Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student graduating in 2027, 2028, or later
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, work experience, or involvement in student organizations
• Interest in the construction, real estate, or development industries
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar software is a plus
