About The Programme Our 12-months graduate programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. The programme is rigorous and curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple E framework for growth and development.

Experience: On-the-job experience to take on challenging and impactful projects. May include rotations within unit (eg for Operations) or direct to role (eg Institutional Banking Group and Consumer Banking Group,)

Education: Structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training

Exposure: Opportunities for exposure provided with mentorship from our senior leaders and connect with other individuals with a shared passion for banking and technology in your cohort. Who are we looking for

• You have a distinguished record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values and drive to make an impact for others.
• Additionally, you should possess and/or demonstrate
• A Bachelor or Master's degree from a recognized university in any discipline
• Less than two years of working experience
• Passionate about banking and technology
• A great communicator with people across all levels
• Agile and driven to thrive in a global and dynamic business environment
