该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、产品的模具可行性评审，结构开模优化； 2、负责产品的模具设计开发，制定模具设计方案和标准； 3、模具设计相关的数据分析，模型仿真和改善验证方案； 4、推进 模具相关的问题的改善； 5、配合工程团队进行优化。 任职要求： 1、学历背景：本科及以上，材料成型及控制工程，机械工程、模具设计等相关专业； 2、理论基础：熟练掌握塑胶模具设计/机械设计/力学/机械加工/金属材料等专业知识； 3、技能要求：掌握UG/AutoCAD软件； 4、语言能力：CET-4及以上，英语听说读写良好； 5、能力素质：有较强的自我学习能力和自驱力，责任心强，工作积极主动，具有专研精神，善于沟通协调，能承受较大的工作压力。
