2110 Administrative Assistant / Sembawang MRT

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break.
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

• GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least three years of relevant school administration and front-desk support experience.
• Familiarity with at least two school or MOE computer/online systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative.

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Provide front-desk services and handle telephone calls and enquiries.

2. Assist with daily administration, including documentation, data entry and correspondence.

3. Support finance, administrative and operational management matters.

4. Attend to students who are unwell or injured and administer first aid.
