We are seeking a Technician to join our dynamic team and innovative company.

About the Technician position

The role of a technician is vital to the efficient operation of our telematics devices. The technician will be tasked with the installation, repair, and maintenance of Ctrack units and other authorized products. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting devices installed within vehicles.

MainJob Functions:**

1. Conducting all pre and post-inspections in line with department/branch requirements.
2. Installation, repair, and servicing of all units and company-approved products in line with company policies and procedures.
3. Ensuring compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all Company Policies and Procedures. Request training from the HR Team if there are any concerns.
4. Completing any administrative tasks as requested by management and making use of the various systems required by the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Matric or equivalent.
• Autotronics or Auto Electrical Qualification or Experience would be an
  advantage.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Drivers' License

Medical Requirements

• **- Must be physically and medically fit for mining operations.
  • Valid mine medical certificate is an advantage.
  • Condition of Employment: Securing mine access is dependent on passing the official mine medical examination. Contracts will be terminated if the candidate fails to meet these medical standards**
• Candidates currently subject to a restraint-of-trade agreement or non-compete restriction cannot be considered for this position.
