• NPI project compliance with PLM ( 50%)
• Participate in new product development and mechanical design.
• Involve in controlling the progress and cost of the NPI project.
• Material / BOM creation and release.
• Cooperate with the project leader, Hardware, software, and other members
• Customized product design (20%)
• Responsible for the complete and accurate design output.
• Order BOM creation and release
• Maintenance of live products (20%)
• Responsible for the old product maintenance
• Continuously improve the quality of live products
• Continuously track industry technological developments and promote the application of new technologies and materials. （10%） Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
• Master's or above, mechanical engineering or mechanical-related education background. (MUST).
• Over 3 years of experience in mechanical structure design. (MUST)
• Familiar with sheet metal design and machining design, with rich experience in the development of sheet metal and machined parts.
• Skills in Creo/Pro-E and AutoCAD.
• Good English –Strong English speaking and writing skills, and be able to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues. (MUST)
• Project management experience is preferred, with strong coordination skills to drive projects to timely and high-quality completion. (PLUS).
• Excellent team spirit and hardworking attitude are preferred (PLUS).
• Excellent communication skills are preferred (PLUS).
