该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.跟进自动化测试设备新机 NPI 试制、试产，输出 DFM 改善建议； 2.搭建整机装配、PCBA、精密调试量产工艺，编制标准化工艺文件； 3.处理产线工艺不良，主导良率提升、制程优化与精益改善项目； 4.协同研发、生产、质量推进问题闭环，开展工艺培训与知识沉淀。 任职资格： 1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械、机电、自动化、电子信息等相关专业； 2.掌握机械制图基础，能够看懂 2D 工程图纸、3D 装配结构，理解形位公差、公差配合基本概念； 3.热爱装备制造工艺，逻辑清晰，动手能力强，愿意扎根生产一线； 4.具备良好的沟通能力、持续改善意识；
