HRIS 系统日常运维，处理员工 & HR 系统问题、账号权限、组织人员异动维护 2. 人事数据核查清洗，输出人力结构、考勤、离职、人力成本等统计报表 3. 参与人事线上流程梳理优化，配合系统迭代、功能测试、需求收集 4. 编写操作指引，开展系统使用培训，推进 HR 数字化落地 5. 按管培计划轮岗，参与人力数字化专项项目 任职要求 1、熟练 Excel，擅长函数、透视表，具备基础数据敏感度 2、逻辑清晰，细心严谨，良好沟通能力，学习能力强 3、了解 HR 基础业务、用过北森 /i 人事 / SAP 等 HR 系统优先 4、愿意深耕人力资源数字化方向 本科及以上学历， 计算机 /AI等相关专业优先
