2D And 3D Designer

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D interior design drawings for residential & commercial projects.
• Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections & detailed drawings.
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders according to the approved design concept.
• Prepare detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities, wall panels, ceilings & other custom joinery.
• Coordinate design drawings with the site team, project manager, production team & joinery factory.
• Review site measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Make revisions to drawings based on client, consultant, site & production requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings and production drawings for joinery and interior fit-out works.
• Select and present suitable materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting & accessories.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, practical & suitable for execution and production.
• Coordinate with MEP and other technical drawings to avoid site conflicts.
• Prepare design presentations and material/finish boards when required.
• Visit project sites when required for site measurements, inspections & design coordination.
• Maintain proper drawing files, revisions & project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and complete drawings within the required deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and understand their design requirements and preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, or joinery.
3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and detailed technical drawings.
4. Good knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling software.
5. Experience with V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering software.
6. Strong understanding of interior fit-out and renovation works.
7. Experience in designing kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, bedrooms, living areas, offices & other interior spaces.
8. Ability to understand and work from site measurements and existing-condition drawings.
9. Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery construction, furniture, lighting & space planning.
10. Ability to prepare production/shop drawings that can be clearly understood by the joinery and site teams.
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Good communication and coordination skills.
13. Ability to handle revisions and work under project deadlines.
14. UAE experience is preferred/required.
15. Knowledge of UAE construction and interior fit-out practices is an advantage.
16. A strong portfolio of 2D drawings and 3D interior projects is preferred.
