Summary

Adam Group of Events is a leading event management company specializing in premium weddings, corporate events, and luxury celebrations. We are looking for a creative and passionate 2D & 3D Designer to develop innovative event concepts and deliver high-quality, execution-ready designs that align with the company's standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D event layouts for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and other functions.
• Develop 3D stage designs, entrance designs, backdrops, mandap designs, and venue decorations.
• Prepare floor plans with accurate dimensions, measurements, and placements.
• Convert client requirements and reference images into creative 2D drawings and 3D renders.
• Prepare realistic visualizations with appropriate lighting, textures, colours, and materials.
• Coordinate with the CRE team and Event Coordinators to understand client requirements and design briefs.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and management instructions.
• Ensure designs are practical, feasible, and suitable for the event venue.
• Prepare design presentations to help clients understand the proposed event setup.
• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure the final event setup matches the approved design.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organised design files, drawings, and project records.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in 2D & 3D Design is preferred.
• Experience in 2D drafting and 3D visualization is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Good understanding of dimensions, scale, space planning, and design principles.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and work within deadlines.
• Experience in event design, stage design, or exhibition design is an advantage.

salary : 10000 - 25000/-

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
