• Job Title: 2D Animator

Key Responsibilities

• Character & Scene Design: Design and animate engaging 2D characters, detailed backgrounds, and visual scenes for K-8 educational explainer videos.
• Storyboarding: Create clear and compelling storyboards that translate curriculum concepts and content team ideas into rich visual narratives.
• Motion Graphics & Digital Learning: Develop smooth motion graphics, illustrations, and visual assets tailored for digital learning modules and mobile/web apps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, editors, and graphic designers to convert lesson plans into dynamic visual content.
• Quality & Timeline Control: Ensure high standards of style consistency, visual quality, and timely output across all animation deliverables.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest animation tools, software, and creative trends to keep content visual appeal fresh and engaging.

Eligibility & Key Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in 2D animation. (Prior background in the education, ed-tech, or e-learning sector is strongly preferred).
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in standard animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate (Flash), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Core Skills: Excellent visual storytelling, character rigging, timing/pacing, color theory, and attention to detail.
