• We’re a small, focused team that has been producing YouTube content across a range of niches for some time.
• We understand what works, how to grow a channel, and how to keep production running smoothly.
• We’re now launching a new Marvel-themed shorts channel and are looking for animators to build it with us. Because the channel is new, budgets will grow as it does.
• Animators who join early will receive the most work and the best rates.What you’ll be doing You’ll turn our scripts, voice-overs, and animation descriptions into fully animated 2D shorts.
• We handle the writing and voice work so you can focus on bringing the scenes to life. We’d like you to follow our references closely while adding your own creative touch.
• What we need from you - A strong animation portfolio. Please share links, as a CV alone won’t be sufficient.
• Working knowledge of Marvel, including the main characters, their powers, and their fighting styles. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should know the universe well enough to animate it accurately. Clear, proactive communication (Really skilled animators are the only acceptable exceptions).
• Let us know if you’re stuck, running behind, or have a better idea.Availability for around 1-2 shorts per week.
• What we provide Scripts Voice-over Clear animation descriptions and references A team that is easy to work with and pays on time How hiring works Send us your portfolio and a short introduction.
• If it’s a fit, we’ll send you a sample task: a 5-10 second animated clip based on our references, due within 2 days. We’ll review it and, if we like what we see, set up a quick call to discuss details and pay.
• Once we’re aligned, we’ll get started on the real projects.
• Pay is per short. The rate depends on your skill and experience, and we’ll discuss numbers openly on the call.
• For strong animators, there is plenty of room to grow.
• Please note We’re not looking for AI-generated work or rushed submissions.
• We value quality and want to work with people who take pride in their craft.

• How many animated shorts can you realistically deliver per week?Which Marvel characters or storylines are you most familiar with?

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per week
