My client is currently seeking Building Inspectors to join a growing Building Control team working on a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for Building Control professionals looking to progress their career within a supportive and professional environment. Opportunities are available for individuals with experience in plan checking, site inspections, or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Building Control inspections on a range of projects
• Review plans and specifications for compliance with Building Regulations
• Provide technical advice to clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure compliance standards are met
• Support the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service

Requirements

• Experience within Building Control, Building Inspection or a related discipline
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
• Must be Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2A or higher ) to apply
• Candidates working towards registration will also be considered

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
