Job Summary

Nifty Interio is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will translate design concepts into accurate, execution-ready 2D working drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts for residential and commercial interior projects. You will collaborate closely with interior designers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure seamless on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Drawings: Prepare clear and accurate 2D working drawings, including floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, and electrical/plumbing layouts.

Modular Detailing: Develop precise production and joinery drawings for modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, and custom interior elements.

Concept Translation: Transform approved design concepts and client briefs into detailed technical CAD drawings suitable for site execution.

Site Verification: Conduct site visits for measurement verification; check dimensions, structural levels, materials, and specifications prior to issuing drawings to the execution team.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate actively with Interior Designers, Site Supervisors, and Project Managers to resolve drawing-related queries on-site and implement revisions promptly.

Standards & Quality: Adhere strictly to company standards for drawing formats, layering, detailing, and documentation while maintaining systematic revision records.

Timeline Adherence: Manage drafting workflows to ensure high-quality output delivered consistently within established project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working in interior drafting or execution firms.

Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior construction details, joinery, and materials.

Precision: High attention to scale, dimensions, and execution feasibility.
