2D Drafter/ BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and organized Architectural & Structural Revit (BIM) models/ 2D Drawings.
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
• To do clash detection using Naviswork
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate As-Built/Record Model.
• Facilitate the transfer of information on the file sharing exchange protocol.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models.
