About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D/3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of animation principles and the ability to transform ideas, storyboards, scripts, and design concepts into engaging animations.
Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for different types of clients and projects.
• Develop animations based on scripts, storyboards, creative briefs, and design concepts.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and promotional animations.
• Develop animated content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging explainer videos and product/service animations.
• Model, texture, light, rig, and animate 3D assets when required.
• Create 2D character animations, object animations, and scene transitions.
• Work with existing illustrations, graphics, images, and design assets to create animations.
• Understand project requirements and translate creative concepts into effective visual storytelling.
• Add appropriate sound effects and synchronize animation with audio when required.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final files according to project specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with current animation, motion design, visual effects, and digital content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles.
• Proficiency in relevant animation and creative software such as:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Blender / Cinema 4D / 3ds Max / Maya
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering.
• Ability to create smooth and visually appealing animations.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work with storyboards and convert static designs into dynamic animations.
• Ability to understand and follow creative briefs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle feedback and make revisions professionally.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
