2D/3D线束工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives of the Job:

• Execute the package under his responsibility independently.
• Ensure the tasks on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction.
• Coach and train engineers in this area. Main Duties:
• Interface with customer for all wiring harness related topics, analyze technical requirements from customer.
• Conduct the S.E. meetings to track harness release step to ensure it meets the master timing plan.
• Automotive wiring harness system definition, analysis and design.
• Ensure harness routing and packaging is satisfying with customer requirements.
• Follow up wiring harness 3D development process, support and coordinate relative jobs for geometrical integration and design of wiring systems.
• Familiar with data release process in team center.
• Generate preliminary harness drawings (mark-up drawings) from 3D data.
• Wiring harness/electrical center/connection system design and analyze electrical system load, design circuit.
• Problem trouble-shooting and implement corrective actions during doing lab car, vehicle testing and vehicle building.
• Participating in Value Add/Value Effectiveness (VA/VE) workshops.
• Organize meeting for technical issue or training. Qualification:
• Bachelor degrees or above, E/E, automotive, or related areas
• At least 5 years working experience in automotive wiring harness areas.
• Good knowledge of automotive electrical system, control function, sensors and actuators.
• Good knowledge in automotive development process
• Solid in designing and analyzing wiring harness system(2D/3D/circuit schematics)
• Solid experience of choosing the components which are used in wiring harness system

(bracket, clip, tape, connector, grommet, etc...)

• Solid in the computer and engineering development applications for wiring harness system design (CATIA, AutoCAD, etc...)
• Good in MS office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, etc…)
• Solid ability of diagnosing and troubleshooting wiring harness system issues.
